CHANDELIERS AND GADGETS

I'm in love. I've been spending way to much of my spare time creating wishlists on my favorite web stores. I broke down and bought myself this awesome new computer bag the other day. (The website was flashing a red "ONLY ONE LEFT" sign at me and I just had a moment of weakness. I actually really need a new computer bag, so it all works out in the end right?.......
.
Well I figured I would just share a few of my must haves from MODCLOTH and IKEA
This is the new computer bag I just bought from Modcloth. I love the old typewriter print on it. So simple and fun.

I MUST OWN THIS CHANDELIER!!! OH YES, IT SHALL BE MINE!!!!

Its a tape dispenser!! I wish I had an actual desk. I would buy this right away! Alas, all my work so far is done from my lap top on the couch.

And the old fashioned camera pencil sharpener from modcloth. So fun!

I'm also in love with this Chandelier from Ikia. I'm pretty sure this will be a new bedroom addition very soon.
Cheers!!

CRAFTY BIRTHDAY PARTY IDEAS!

Liam's Birthday is right around the corner! Me being his favorite nanny in the whole world, thought I would look for some fun DIY projects to help get the creative juices flowing! What kind ideas do you guys have?

I am AALLLLL about bunting banners right now. I think I'm going to spend part of my weekend making a truckload of them! They are just so fun and cheery!

One thing Liam definitely has is a SWEET TOOTH! Candy tables are just so fun! I love the blue and white striped back splash!.... and of course the bunting banners! lol

Not sure where I found this idea, but I think its so awesome! I want to make a whole bunch of chocolate bowls just for myself! Looks like it wouldn't be too much work ether.

I found this little clip on one of my favorite blogs "My Sweet Savannah"
I'm pretty sure those are just Starbucks frapachino bottles up-cycled into cute old fashioned milk bottles. I also love that you have your choice of regular or chocolate milk.

"Little L" loves music! I remember having fun with these cute little warbling bird whistles when I was a kid.

Yeah, these were just too cute not to post!

These super cute pin wheels are an easy pdf file you can just print out on fancy paper. A few extra tools and supplies and you have some pretty darn cute pin wheels.
Okay readers! We need lots more ideas! So send them our way!

A New Years Project

New Years is only a couple days away and I wanted to share a great little New Years project I found on Design Sponge that will help you kick off the new year on a sweet note and will be a great little keep sake for many years to come.
A QUICK DAILY JOURNAL YOU CAN REFLECT ON YEAR AFTER YEAR

Every day, you jot down just a quick little note reflecting on your day. Every year, you can reflect on what happened the same day the years prior. What a neat way to put time in perspective!
Your Supplies:

1. 183 Ruled Note Cards
2. A Berry Container
3. 12 Post Cards
4. A Date Stamper
5. A Crafting Cutter

Cut your note cards in half.

Stamp a date on each card.

Cut your post cards down to fit inside the berry container.

Separate each month with a postcard.
